If a project has not yet been initiated, partial refunds may be considered at Tensorik's discretion, depending on the nature of the engagement, preparatory work already completed, administrative costs, and resources reserved for the project.

No refunds are provided for completed milestones, approved deliverables, custom development work, consulting services, strategic planning, technical guidance, or any work already delivered as part of a professional engagement.
